Sliding Knots And More!

Take your length of leather or cord and tie a simple overhand knot around one side (B) of the cord with the other side (A).

Now take B and tie it in the same way around A.

Tighten both knots, and clip off excess. That's all there is to it!  Now you can slide the knots together for a longer necklace, or pull them further apart for a shorter one.
