Here are some examples of different Herringbone Bangles. If you make one, and would like me to put it on this page as inspiration for others, just email the picture to me, along with info on what beads you used, and any comments you'd like to include. Also let me know if you'd like a link to your site or your email posted with the picture. :)
The top two were made with Delicas and size 8.0 beads, and the bronze one was made with Delicas and 3mm cubes.
These pictures shows what they look like when they're worn on the reverse side. :)
These two were made with size 15.0, 11.0 and 8.0 seeds with a magnetic clasp.
"Ruby's bangle is so easy to make and works up so FAST!! I made this for my Sister for her Birthday. Last year I made her a necklace and had some turquoise rounds (2.5 - 3.0mm) left over, so that's what I used here. This will perfectly match her necklace, (a turquoise and silver spiral with a turquoise pendant). Following your directions, Ruby, the rounds wanted to squash down into the bangle, so after adding the 15's and the round, on the next row when I got to that point, I just added 2 silver 11's and went straight across with them. Now the rounds sort of sit on top of the bangle and it came out really round, not flat. So this one doesn't have a reversible side. This looks just like something she would buy for herself."
This beauty was made by Barb Brown. When she posted it on BeadChat, I just had to ask her if I could put it here, along with what she wrote to the group about it.........
Thanks Barb! I love it, and I'm glad you allowed me to put your directions for the variation here along with the beautiful pictures! To see more of Barb's work, check her blog.
The talented Billie from Wicked Oak Designs made this one. I blew up part of the picture so you could better see the beautiful beads she used. :) Check out Billie's other work, and her wonderful patterns at her website!

It looks great Peggy! I'm glad you're having fun with it. :)
This gorgeous bracelet is another one of Billie's creations. She had an order for wedding jewelry, and made this as a gift for the bride! She used 4 mm Swarovski Bicones in Silk and Mocca. Gorgeous!
